Bowling doesn’t make the news too often, but it may be a different story on Saturday, June 21.

That’s the day Bowlmor AMF will aim for a Guinness world record for the most people bowling simultaneously throughout the U.S.

The event is designed as a launch to Bowlmor AMF’s “Bowling Makes Saturday Night More Fun” campaign.

The bowling exhibitions will take place at all Bowlmor AMF’s bowling centers across the country. Chelsea Piers Sports & Entertainment Complex in New York City will be the featured bowling center.

An hour of free bowling nationwide is planned for the event.

Bowlmor AMF is the largest operator of bowling centers in the world with 6,000 employees and 260 bowling centers.
