What's brunch without an endless supply of alcohol to make the meal last until dinner? In Glen Park, a cute neighborhood that doesn't get much foot traffic despite easy access via BART, Le P’tit Laurent has started serving a reasonably-priced French menu. In addition to the bottomless mimosas ($15), highlights include:
Croque Madame with salad ($12.00)
Eggs Benedict with spinach, ham and fries ($14.00)
Smoked salmon with salad and dill cream ($12.00)
Steak tartare with French fries ($19.00)
Over in the tenderloin, Chambers Eat + Drink will start serving what they're calling a “Recovery Brunch” on Saturdays beginning September 7th. Endless mimosas come with entrées like the popular Chambers Burger with smoked onion marmalade, house pickles and wagon wheel cheese as well as new specials like Hangover Hash.
