BottleRock Napa Valley, the absolutely gigantic music festival that took over the Napa Valley Expo in May of 2013 is coming back to rock the otherwise sleepy heart of downtown Napa. This year’s festival, now under the management of the Napa Valley owned and operated Latitude 38 Entertainment (L38), is scheduled to run from Friday, May 30 - Sunday, June 1, 2014, so mark your calendar and start making plans, because you won’t want to miss out on this epic event. This diverse, world-class music, food and wine festival returns to the 26-acre Napa Valley Expo located at 575 Third Street which is walking distance from many hotels, the not-to-be-missed Oxbow Public Market, and some of the best restaurants and wine tasting rooms in the country.

Now that a place for the festivities has been secured, L38 has offers out for talent, the local union back on board, and they have confirmed veteran producer, production manager, talent buyer, and facility executive, Steve Macfadyen as festival director. “Steve’s experience with live shows, artist touring, festival management and production as well as large scale event planning brings a key component to our team. We’re thrilled to have someone with his reputation and pedigree on board,” said David Graham of L38. Macfadyen comes to the table with a lifetime of experience procuring talent, producing high-dollar entertainment events, and has held high-level management positions at companies such as Bill Graham Presents and House of Blues Entertainment.

This year, like last, BottleRock Napa Valley will feature multiple stages, a tempting and tasty lineup of superlative wines, and food from some of the best chefs in Napa. “As new producers of BottleRock, our vision is to keep the best-of-the-best from the 2013 festival-goer experience while taking this up another notch,” said Graham. “We think attendees are going to fall in love with Napa all over again.” Single, 3-day, VIP and Platinum tickets for this year’s BottleRock Napa Valley go on sale in early March. Ticketholders who purchased pre-sale tickets for the 2014 festival have the option of having their tickets honored for the new dates or being issued a refund.
