Upon entering this circular restaurant full of original sculpture and paintings of Colombian figurative artist Fernando Botero you will be warmly greeted. Your first decision will be; inside or the outside patio seating. Once seated you will see Chef Mark LoRusso’s menu offers a bit of everything but stay focused tonight because the culinary treats are abound!
You listen to the eclectic upbeat variety of music playing in the restaurant as you sip on your Blueberry Martini and the Sinatra Special with anticipation of the meal to come. The wild mushroom tart, the Dungeness crab Agnolotti, grilled octopus, gnocchi; fluffy heavenly little pillows and do not forget the fun Crudo tasting. Great ample Entrées not to be forgotten are the branzino and brioche crusted rack of Colorado lamb, the bone-in rib eye with rosemary prawns and bone-in filet with foie gras. Also the melt in your mouth poached Salmon in olive oil with jalapeno cream sauce or the ocean fresh bass, precisely prepared. With a great selection of sides to choose from; the Brussels sprouts with pork belly and truffle or even a simplistic mac n cheese are definitely a safe Las Vegas bet to compliment any main course dish.
Key lime dessert a plus for sure or the donuts with ice cream both stab deeply at your taste buds!
Although it’s a fine restaurant in this shiny city, don’t be shy because you will be tacky and choose to carry left over delights a plenty home or back to the room “Doggie Bag,” style for a later that night or early morning rendezvous with flavor.
You will surely have an amazing date night or interlude with friends and family and will be looking forward to your next return visit!
