Forecast discussion: High pressure in the Central U.S. gave Boston a beautiful sunny Thursday. This high will continue to influence our weather for the next few days. Also, colder air over the eastern U.S. will remain to give us below normal temperatures for the next several days.
By Saturday night, a low pressure system coming down from the northern Great Lakes will provide us with some drizzle and isolated showers into Sunday morning. However, skies will slowly clear through the day, as high pressure builds back over the area. As we head towards the end of the month, the next storm system will be a warm front that will hang over Southern New England by Wednesday. This front may provide us with some showers and light rain right into Halloween night.
