Murphy, a 2 year old male Boston Terrier has gone missing in Cleveland, Ohio.

He went missing around 11 pm on Saturday, March 15, near Metro Hospital in Cleveland. His family let him out to do his business and when they went to let him back in, he was gone.

Murphy is extremely friendly and is wearing a black collar with a silver bone tag with his owner's contact info on it. He walks with a limp due to some swelling in one of his front legs. He was taking medication to reduce the swelling at the time of his disappearance.

His family misses him very much. They have put up flyers, call all the shelters in the area, contacted the APL, and the area dog wardens. They've also searched locally and continue to call and search.

The numbers of dogs being stolen has been on the rise lately. People are taking dogs right out of their yards, possibly to sell on Craigslist. Luckily, some of these dogs have been recovered after the new owners learn of the thefts and do the right thing by returning the dog(s) to their rightful owners.

If you have any information on Murphy's whereabouts or have seen him, please contact (216) 440-2166. If you have Murphy, please do the right thing and return him to his family who loves him.
