The acclaimed New England-French fine dining restaurant and venue of some of Boston’s most important and special events celebrated with festive and classic cocktails, is sharing longtime bartenders’ secrets in a series of instructional tasting classes called “Top Shelf.”
Top sommelier Kate Moore hosts thematic “Top Shelf” classes with mixology demonstrations, narratives about the heritage and varieties of featured spirits, and the enjoyable cocktail tastings with special L’Espalier small bites.
"'Top Shelf' will be a party-- because what's more fun than enjoying some fabulous L'Espalier appetizers with some terrific cocktails. Its an easy time for an after work date or some friends," says Kate Moore. "As a sommelier, I think people don't realize that as much personal choice and care goes into selecting a cocktail as it does for a wine pairing to complement your entree or dessert."
From 6-7:30PM, $42/person.
