Born of the Gods spoilers: Neo-Coat of Arms from Australian Magic Facebook

Since the plane of Theros is themed around ancient Greece, and Greek mythology was all about the deeds of particular heroes - Hercules and Achilles and all the rest - it's unsurprising that the block thus far has had a fair handful of legendary permanents. There has not, however, been much support for a specific legendary-matters theme - until now, with the antipodean Organized Play (or Organised, as they spell it) Facebook page previewing a nice place for your legends to get together.

Heroes' Podium 5

Legendary Artifact (Rare)

Each legendary creature you control gets +1/+1 for each other legendary creature you control.

X, Tap: Look at the top X cards of your library. You may reveal a legendary creature card from among them and put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.

There are three huge letters that are essentially floating above this card: E, D, and H. This isn't much of a Limited card, of course, although there are definitely situations in this block where I could see this getting used in Sealed alongside some choice legendary creature pulls; there might be some niche decks that want it in competitive Constructed; but the kitchen table is where this really shines. Given how popular Captain Sisay is as a commander, something that boosts her and all her legendary friends and provides a somewhat-inferior version of her activated ability as backup will definitely be welcomed in decks helmed by her.

What do you think of this legendary Coat of Arms? Let me know in the comments.
