Borderlands' third DLC leaks Achievements and Twitter information

The Secret Armory of General Knox is still not set for release, but the title character seems to have his own Twitter account.  Thanks to the good General's tweets we might just have an idea of some of the head honcho's underlings, or at least their names: Kyros, Typhon, Theron, and Ajax.  General Alphonso Knoxx apparently isn't too fond of Moxxi or Roland, nor the zombie infestation that plagued the Jakobs company's industrial island.  The talkative leader also might have "accidentally" leaked that he sits at level 60, posing quite a challenge for even the hardiest of Pandoran bounty hunters.

Speaking of classified information, a listing of Achievements from the new DLC has found its way to the internet.  A keen eye will notice that the compilation indicates that players will be able to build at least one new car, and there is even an award for reaching level 61.  Does this mean that the level cap will reach as high as 70?  Put into context, level 70 (combined with the unlockable extra skill points via Underdome Riot) would allow a player to tap into the top tiers of each of the characters' three skill trees.

Overpowered much?

My money is on the level cap being 61, sounds like something Gearbox would do. Also who's to say they don't add a new skill or two to each one of the trees to prevent users from reaching the top of each one?

While 70 IS a possibility, I do see 61 as a more likely cap. It's more of Gearbox's style, it keeps players from maxing out their characters (without having to add any new skills and rebalance), and it would make more sense to have an Achievement for reaching the new level cap instead of merely getting within range of it.
