Another batch of shift codes has been released for the multiplatform open-world cooperative role-playing title, “Borderlands 2.” According to a statement issued from his Twitter page on Aug. 30, Randy Pitchford mentioned that the latest vouchers were posted to coincide with the PAX Prime convention. You can check out the comments and the new shift codes from the chief executive officer below:
Greetings from PAX Prime! Here's a SHIFT code for three Golden Keys for Borderlands 2. Good luck, and happy looting!
- PS3: WB5B3-JCJSC-S9WKT-HT5BT-TTBBR
- WinPC/Mac: CJKTJ-H9R5R-CTHBJ-3TT3B-BB6HC
- X360: WBWJT-WZSJ3-SF93F-WFTJ3-SF636
The new shift codes will be able to unlock three golden keys per redemption on the Mac, PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of “Borderlands 2.” Players need these items in order to disengage the special golden chest, which contains hard-to-find weapons and other equipment.
Randy Pitchford will be part of a panel that will be held on Sept. 1 during PAX Prime. He and several other staff members of the development team will be providing a behind-the-scenes look at the studio. The latest news regarding the “Borderlands” series and other upcoming projects from Gearbox Software will be announced during the panel.
In addition to the four aforementioned platforms, “Borderlands 2” was recently confirmed to be coming to the Playstation Vita system sometime in 2014. The port is being done by Iron Galaxy Studios, the same team that worked on “Divekick” for the PC, Playstation 3 and Playstation Vita.
