'Borderlands 2' gets new add on disc bringing all DLC over to retail shelves

Fans of "Borderlands 2" have had plenty to play when it came to the stock game, and even more have taken advantage of the downloadable content that's been released for the game. "Borderlands 2" is already a stacked game, the DLC just adds mountains onto that.

What about those that don't have enough hard drive space for the DLC? Or those that haven't picked any of the DLC up in hopes Gearbox will release a game-of-the-year edition of "Borderlands 2?" Well, there's good news for both of those groups of gamers.

Announced today by Gearbox, "Borderlands 2" is getting an disc based DLC package. Titled "Add-On Content Pack", the disc comes packed with the Captain Scarlett and Mr. Torque DLCs, the Mechromancer character, a Golden Key, and more.

If you were to buy the DLC outside of this package, you'd pay $40, a ten dollar mark up from this package which retails for $29.99. Also keep in mind, this package does not contain the game itself, and you will need that to play the DLC. Yes, this still needs to be said out loud.

The "Borderlands 2" Add On Content Pack will be available for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 on February 26, 2013.
