WHAT'S THE #1 THING CELEBS WANT TO FIX WITH THEIR BODIES?Remember celebs are people just like us, and the main complaint I get from women is their leg jiggle and men are their abdominals.
DO YOU HAVE ANY RED CARPET SECRETS TO LOSE WEIGHT WITHIN 48 HOURS? When I am getting ready for a big event I like to do a mini detox when I eliminate caffeine, alcohol, meat, dairy, and get most of my carbohydrates from vegetables. I also stop eating 2-3 hours before bed and drink half my body weight in ounces of water. For example if you’re 200 lbs. then you need 100 ounces of water.
HOW MANY CALORIES SHOULD YOU EAT A DAY FOR MAN/WOMAN?It really depends on your height, weight, current activity level and what your goals are.
HOW DO YOU FIGURE OUT YOUR HEARTRATE?
This calculation is for average person.
Here is an example for a 30 year old
The formula:
220-age= MAX heart rate (220-30=190 MHR)
60%-80% of this max:
190 x .6 = 114 beats per min, 190 x .8 = 152 beats per min.
TARGET HEART RATE range for a 30 old, working at 60-80% (up to 85% for very fit people) of his/her max heart rate is 114-152 beats/min.
WHAT ARE THE BEST CLASSES TO KEEP YOUR HEART RATE UP?If your looking to just keep your heart rate up spin classes at flywheel and soul cycle will get it done. If your looking to combine calorie burning and strength training, which is the most powerful for results, I suggest a conditioning class that incorporates push ups, planks, squats etc. with heart pumping exercises in between like mountain climbers and burpees.
BEST BOOTY EXERCISE?Definitely squats!
