Boots are made for fall

See also

Yes, boots are made for walking and for fall! An always fitting trend are the boots that we have to accentuate our outfits. Knee-high boots are great to have with a trendy dress or a skirt. You can always glam up your knee-high boots with colorful textured tights or leggings. Mix these up with a bright fall sweater and you will be turning heads everywhere you go.

Another fall trend in boots are the ankle booties. As you see in the video, some wear their booties under long slacks to extend the leg length. Booties also help to give a full cover of your feet and protection from the chilly winds. Booties can be found with a regular heel, a wedged heel or a thick heel. If you have not tried many heel lengths before and are wearing booties for the first time, you may want to try a wedged heel to give you a more stable footing.

Boots with leather straps and heavy soles give any outfit a sure grunge feel. The bonus to having a pair of boots like these? They can go through small puddles without getting your feet wet. The average heavy sole is about 1 1/2 thick, helping to keep your feet dry. Along with the heavy sole, the tread is quite good and can easily get through some snow.

As boots are available in many shapes and sizes, the ones above should be at the top of your list to wear this fall into winter. Boots are an easy way to stay on trend and are an eye-catching accessory. Ready, Colorado? Start walking.
