One ripen avocado
1/4c organic plain yogurt
1-teaspoon lemon juice
Skin and pit your avocado and mash it into a bowl with a fork until smooth. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended. Apply to the face in an upward motion and let it sit for 25 mins. You can kick your feet up, relax and lay sliced cucumber over your eyes for a full invigorating effect. After 25 mins rinse off with warm water and pat dry with towel. You will notice beautiful, bright and smoother skin.
