Honestly, I couldn’t resist the title of this new book: 28 Days to a New You called to me on a soul level; and I think this is because I am always short on time. The thought of making such significant progress in less than a month was very attractive to me.
As someone who has channeled Spirit for nearly three decades, I know that receiving guidance is always easier than incorporating said guidance into one’s daily life. Why? Because tuning into advice and wisdom is only the first step. The true challenge of being human is mustering the courage to examine our lives, recognize our life scripts, spot our windows of opportunity, and put that wonderful advice and wisdom to work for us. And doing that…well, that takes strength, and it takes work. This kind of work is really an investment; and it’s one that pays big dividends as we grow spiritually, as we recognize our true power, and especially as we move ourselves forward to become who we are meant to be on this physical plane of existence and fulfill our true purpose.
