"Bones" is currently airing on Channel 10 in Tempe. On Wednesday, Jan. 9, Spoiler TV shared the photos released for "Bones" episode 8.12 titled "The Corpse on the Canopy." Pelant will return to the series on this episode, and he will cause some of Brennan's team some serious problems. Stephan Nathan spoke about the episode and how things will escalate in a recent interview. He said the following, according to Spoilers Guide:
"'He’s coming back in a really extreme way. He has somehow gotten himself another identity and has installed himself in a Blackwater-type organization where he has access to military equipment.” Nathan also confirms that the episode opens with 'a body being discovered in Angela and Hodgins’ bed,' adding, 'Pelant has [clearly] been in their house. And they have a child. So it really escalates the story.'"
No word on how Booth and Brennan will handle the return of this villain to the series. He is the reason she went on the run at the end of last season. Fans are buzzing about this series on social media. One fan said the following on Twitter recently:
