Bon Jovi according to Pollster has earned $40 million more dollars than the number two spot held by Bruce Springsteen, even with the absence of lead guitarist Richie Sambora, who took leave from the tour back in April citing personal reasons.

Fans are still hoping to see the return of Richie Sambora for the rest of the tour. Bon Jovi is scheduled to play in New York on July 22, and 23rd before heading home to there hometown stomping grounds of New Jersey on July 25 and 27.

Jon Bon Jovi, 51, as previously reported, isn't just a great musician he is also an all around big hearted man who takes great pride in being in the position to help out his fellow man, most recently those who were effected by the devastation of Hurricane Sandy.

Bon Jovi reached into his pocket and donated $1 million to his hometown Sayerville, N.J., to aid in the city's recovery.

“My being here is not political, it’s emotional because I grew up here, I went to school here, I met my wife here,” he said in Sayreville on Monday.
