Bon Jovi has released their first single "Because We Can" on iTunes today. The single is from their upcoming album titled "What About Now" which will be released in Spring 2013.
The new single written by Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora and Billy Falcon, is expected to climb the charts and add to the band numbers of hits which “Livin’ on a Prayer,” “You Give Love a Bad Name,” “Who Says You Can’t Go Home,” “It’s My Life,” "Wanted, Dead Or Alive" and many more.
Bon Jovi will hit the road in 2013 to fill stadiums and arenas worldwide with the “BON JOVI Because We Can – The Tour", promoted by AEG The band will travel the globe, starting the tour on February 9 in Uncasville, Conn to a string of Canadian dates on February 13th in Montreal, just in time for Valentine’s Day, and then continue to Toronto, Edmonton, Ottawa, Calgary and Winnipeg along with a full series of dates in the USA. The band will perform live at The Staples Center on April 19th.
Bon Jovi will also tour throughout Europe, the Far East, Africa, Latin America and Australia. The group’s return to the road in 2013 will cap an incredible run which has secured Bon Jovi’s status as the essential live rock band – having performed more than 2,700 concerts in over 50 countries for more than 35 million fans, and earning the #1 grossing worldwide tour twice in just three years.
