In three days rock band Bon Jovi is coming to town! Locals are more than psyched, they are pumped. Bon Jovi rolls into the PNC Arena on the "Because We Can -- The Tour" this Wednesday. What you need to know is just as important as being prepared.
The PNC Arena, a $150 million investment, seats 19,500 for concerts and shows alike. That's a lot of Bon Jovi fans. Seating ranges from $29.50 up to $169.50. Worth the do-re-mi, it's Bon Jovi!
With over 8,000 parking spaces, 50 portable concession stands (18 permanent), 37 public bathrooms, escalators, elevators, and stands at 108.5 ft high, 495 ft wide, 635 ft in length, the only prayer Bon Jovi fans will live on is the hopes no one looses their voices when belting out their version as Jon sings on stage.
Ticketmaster.com shares the seating section. Click on "best available" for a better view.
Parking lots will open at 4:30 p.m., $20 per car or van, $30 per stretch limo, bus, mini-bus or RV. Premier parking is $25 but only through early purchase at the box office.
Better get a jump on that. Time is running out!
Bon Jovi concert lands between two Hurricanes hockey games (5th against Flyers, 7th against Islanders), but do not expect the smell of sweat in the air. PNC Arena is decent about turning over events.
PNC Arena doors open at 6:30 p.m. this Wednesday.
"What About Now" was the Jersey rock band's latest release which includes tracks "Because We Can", "What's Left Of Me", "Army Of One", and "What About Now" (with other great hits to filter the airways). "Because We Can" was released on March 12, 2013 for which Bon Jovi played "Because We Can" on American Idol two days later. America fell in love all over again.
With Jon Bon Jovi and his dream team band coming to the Triangle, locals are gearing up and getting excited Why not? Now's the time. Only three days left before the Bon Jovi touchdown in Raleigh.
Jon's bringing the boys back!
