Bombay Sapphire Gin (94 proof) was introduced to the public in 2011 and it was introduced with a nod to Asia, as an acknowledgment of flavor chemistry. Bombay Sapphire was born in 1761 and has been evolving ever since. Since tomorrow (June 14th) is National Gin Day, we submit the following for your approval and satisfaction.


Blue Moon Martini recipe

  • 1 1/2 Ounce Bombay Sapphire® gin
  • 3/4 Ounce Blue Curacao liqueur

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Bombay Sapphire Collins

  • 2 oz Bombay Sapphire
  • Juice of Half a Lemon
  • 2 oz Soda water
  • 2 Ttsp Caster Sugar
  • Wedge of Fresh Lemon
  • Ice

Add the lemon juice and sugar to a tall glass and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add the Bombay Sapphire then fill the glass with ice and stir. Top up with soda water and stir carefully once more. Garnish with 1 fresh lemon wedge.

Bombay Sapphire & Tonic

  • 2 Ounce Bombay Sapphire
  • 4 Ounce of Premium Tonic Water
  • 2 Wedges of Fresh Lime
  • Good Quality Ice

Fill a tall glass with ice, add the Bombay Sapphire and top up with tonic water. Squeeze the juice from a wedge of fresh lime and add the lime as a garnish.

Dry Martini

  • 2 Ounces Bombay Sapphire
  • 1/4 Ounce Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
  • Lemon Zest
  • Ice

Fill a mixing glass or shaker with ice and splash over the vermouth, stir once, then strain the excess liquid leaving the ice in the glass. Pour over the Bombay Sapphire and stir carefully but rapidly for 20-30 seconds until ice-cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lemon zest. Refined refreshment.
