New Jersey’s newest brewery is finally bursting on the commercial scene this week with a series of special events to celebrate their official launch. Following over a year and a half of testing and tweaking, Bergen County’s Bolero Snort Brewery is ready to unleash their inaugural flagship beers, Ragin’ Bull (amber lager) and Blackhorn (American black lager). Both beers will make their debut on draft, with bottles of each expected around late March and late April.
