The Baltimore Bohemians remained in touch with the top three of the PDL's Mid-Atlantic Division on Friday night, as they blanked the Central Jersey Spartans, 4-0.

Geaton Caltabiano opened the scoring in the 12th minute, while Marquez Fernandez doubled the visitors' lead seven minutes later. Baltimore netted a third goal nine minutes before the break, as Caltabiano delivered his second goal of the match. Milo Kapor recorded the final tally of the match six minutes after the restart.

Pete Caringi assisted on the first three Baltimore strikes, increasing his point total to 21 for the season, moving him to within three points of the PDL leader, Carl Haworth (Ottawa Fury).

Baltimore has not lost in five road contests this season, going 2-0-3, scoring 13 goals and conceding only five.

The top of the Mid-Atlantic Division is still up for grabs as the season's last few weeks unfold. There is only a four point gap between the leaders, Reading United, and fifth-placed Long Island.

The Bohemians (5-1-4) have a bit of a break before they face division leaders Reading on the road in their next match on Sunday, July 7th. Baltimore is 1-1-0 against the Keystone State rivals all-time, winning 1-0 at home and losing 2-0 in Reading (both in 2012).
