TMZ is reporting that a former bodyguard of Britney Spears has filed a lawsuit against the singer stating that she sexually harassed him and abused her children.
Fernando Flores says Spears made “repeated unwanted sexual advances” by exposing herself in front of him, according to GossipCop.com and TMZ. Reports say that Los Angeles County Superior Court will process the claims on Wednesday.
Flores also says that the pop star “savagely hit” her son Preston twice with Flores’ belt. He also claims that Spears allegedly fed both of her children crabmeat despite their fish allergies, making the kids sick.
The claims are as follows;
According to Flores, Spears once intentionally dropped a cigarette lighter, “bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals,” leaving him with “shock and disgust.”
On another occasion, the star allegedly called Flores to her room, where she was undressed. “After an awkward silence during which [Spears] just stood naked before [Flores], he asked if she needed anything,” after which she requested “two bottles of 7 Up.”
In addition to Flores’s claims of exposure incidents, Spears also allegedly “engaged in numerous sex acts in front of Flores.”
Reports say the Department of Children and Family services already investigated the abuse claims and found them to be baseless.
