Police found the body of missing fashion designer Michele Savoia on Sunday, Feb. 16. His body was found in the Hudson River, according to the New York City Police Department and CNN.

Savoia, 55, was last seen visiting Marquee at 4 a.m. Thursday, according to a police report. He was also seen at several events in the city leading up to New York Fashion Week. He was reported missing since Friday.

A medical examiner will determine the cause of death. Police said that they don’t suspect any foul play at this time.

Savoia’s body was found at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday. His body was floating in the water near his yacht, which is docked at Pier 59 on the west side of Manhattan. Savoia reportedly lived on that yacht.

The designer was the owner of the House of Savoia boutique. He also has dressed countless celebrities like Robert DeNiro and Matt Dillon.

Michele Savoia was described as a “tattooed, needle-wielding daredevil” in the 2011 issue of Fashion Week Daily.
