Bobby Davis admits he had an affair and dies in church in front of his congregants. On March 13, Huffington Post reported that Davis, a bishop and the founder of the Miracle Faith World Outreach church in Bridgeport, Conn., stood in front of devotees and confessed the affair that he had after her sermon last Sunday. Moments later he fell to the ground.

"The stress of it all -- he had a heart attack," said witness Judy Stovall. She said that people were shouting their support for Davis and telling him that they forgave him -- but it must have been too much for him to handle.

Bobby Davis' affair didn't cause him to die but the stress and the burden that he carried on his shoulders could have contributed to the massive heart attack that he reportedly suffered in the church. Davis was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. His exact cause of death is still pending results. Police are investigating the incident but they do not believe that it was criminal.

"Detectives interviewed dozens of people who were present and reviewed video that was taken by a member of the church. Based on that investigation, investigators are confident that there is no criminal element," said Bridgeport Police Department spokesman Bill Kaempffer in a statement.
