Bobby Brown spotted sporting Boston Red Sox hat after Whitney Houston's funeral

Bobby Brown was seen wearing a Boston Red Sox cap during dinner at Bobby Flay's restaurant Bar Americain on the evening of Whitney Houston's funeral. It may have seemed like an odd fashion choice on the day that his ex-wife was being mourned, but Brown's actions were even more bizarre than his choice of hats.

Singer Bobby Brown attended Whitney Houston's funeral earlier in the day, but he left early. Some say that his early departure was due to a dispute regarding seating arrangements at the funeral while others claim he was just in a hurry to get to his next engagement.

Bobby Brown performed with New Edition later that day at a casino in Connecticut. Following his performance at the Mohegan Sun, Brown dined and danced with his friends at Bar Americain, the location where he was spotted wearing the Boston Red Sox cap. According to People, "Brown looked relaxed and low key as he posed for photos with fans and drank Grey Goose on the rocks."

After dinner, including an impromptu dance by Bobby Brown himself, Brown and his entourage headed to a casino where he spent time with some friends from Boston, MA. There was no word on whether he was still wearing his Boston Red Sox cap. Onlookers reported that Brown "was having a good time."

Bobby Brown and his friends finally ended up at the Summer Shack before ending the night with drinks and heading back to their hotel rooms. Meanwhile, Brown's daughter Bobbi Kristina was left behind in New Jersey to mourn her mother without the support of her one surviving parent.
