Bobby Brown turned himself in for his 55 day jail sentence on Wednesday, but he won’t be spending all those days in jail. In fact he is already out of jail after only serving 9 hours in the L.A. County Jail, according to Us Weekly on March 21.
Brown was sentenced to 55 days in jail last month for his DUI charge. He checked in to the L.A. County Jail on Wednesday to serve nine days in jail due to the overcrowding in the jail, even though this is his third DUI charge.
Obviously the overcrowding was a much bigger problem than realized since Brown was back out on the streets after only being in jail for nine hours.
Bobby Brown got off easy with only nine hours in jail. He still has to face his four years of probation and the 18 months of an alcohol program. Maybe the nine hours in jail taught Brown a lesson and he won’t end up with a fourth DUI charge.
