Whitney Houston's mother Cissy wrote a book, "Remembering Whitney," but has found someone who is not happy to see the book make the light of day. According to Extra TV on Feb. 4, Whitney's daughter Bobbi Kristina slammed the book by her grandmother and called it disrespectful.
Bobbi Kristina went to Twitter to attack her grandmother's book. She said she wants nothing to do with the book. She admitted that she hadn't read "Remembering Whitney," and does not plan to read it, but then called it disrespectful to her mother. She said she wouldn't tolerate the book and thanked her fans for their support.
The fact that she came out and slammed the book, but has never read it, seems strange.
Cissy Houston spoke to Oprah Winfrey about the controversy and said that someone must have told Bobbi Kristina something about the book that upset her. She said she wasn't sure that her granddaughter found disrespectful about the book, but then mentioned that Brown is a 19-year-old girl and "thinks she knows everything."
There are some good reasons why Bobbi Kristina slammed the book. Cissy held nothing back and talked about Whitney Houston's drug problems, rumors of a gay relationship and the problems her and ex-husband Bobby Brown went through in their relationship.
