Bobbi Kristina Brown posted a denial about a recent photo that popped up on her Instagram. The photo showed the daughter of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston in a very compromising position, and it has people talking about her this week. In the photo, she is taking a hit off a bong on the photo. A lengthy description accompanied the photo on her Instagram account on Monday. Web Pro News reported on the incident on July 16.

This photo stirred up controversy for the young woman, and she wanted to make it clear right away that the photo posted on her Instagram was not real. She did not post it herself. She stated that her account was hacked, and someone else posted the photo of her on Monday. She assured her fans immediately via a post on her Twitter account. She said the following about the Instagram posting:

"I've never posted any photo of me doing anything! This is someone trying to tarnish and make a horrible name for MYSELF. People are insane."

The Instagram account has since been deleted, but the photo and the lengthy piece of text that accompanied it are still stirring up things for Bobbi on the Internet. However, Bobbi Kristina is not one that stays away from controversy on social media.

Earlier this month, the young woman attacked Angela Bassett via her Twitter account. Bobbi took offense when the woman did not cast Whitney's own daughter in a new Lifetime television movie about her life. She tweeted various insults toward the actress, but she later apologized for them. Bassett will make her directorial debut with the biopic if the project moves forward. Brown tweeted the following apology, according to BET:

"I'm a young woman who can admit her wrongs. 4who was offended I apologize BUT understand me before your [sic] quick to judge though."

The television film is still currently in the planning stages, but it is possible that the television network will shelve the project. Lifetime already shelved a planned television film based on the life of Aaliyah, but fans rallied against the project. This forced Lifetime to stop their plans for that film. The same outrage has not happened for the Whitney Houston film, but the family is against the project. The Houston family wants the film shelved.

As for Bobbi Kristina and her father Bobby, the two reunited last month for Father's Day, according to E! Online. Bobbi Kristina and her father had not seen each other since Whitney's passing two years ago, and the pair had their problems in recent months. Bobby did not support her marriage to Nick Gordon. She married him in January, and she revealed that Whitney supported the relationship before her death. The pair shared several photos of their reunion on social media, and they are all smiles.

It is clear that Bobbi Kristina has dealt with issues in the past. Her mother's death hit the young woman hard, but she does seem to be changing things. This cruel attempt by a hacker to bring her down should never have happened.
