Professional Makeup Artist and Beauty Mogul, Bobbi Brown, delivered a commencement speech at The Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) on May 22, 2014. FIT is one of the top fashion schools in the world and has over 10,000 students enrolled (Wikipedia). According to USA Today, Bobbi was sweet, charming and funny with her advice to the graduates. Women's Wear Daily quoted her five pillars to success: "Do what you love". "More doing and less thinking." "Work hard, but smart." "Have no fear." "Just be nice."

Bobbi Brown, herself, graduated from Emerson College of Boston with a degree in theatrical makeup (Wikipedia). At FIT commencement on Thursday, she received an honorary degree. She also gave the grads some practical advice that everyone can use, like eating right and exercising. She advised them not to drink and drive, to wear their seatbelts, and to keep their Facebook and Instagram accounts clean (WWD).
