Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band will be back on the road again this spring.
According to a news release posted yesterday on the veteran Detroit rocker’s official website, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer has booked 11 new North American gigs in the mid-west and west coast, which includes five Canadian stops.
The first leg of The “Old Time Rock and Roll” hitmaker’s “Rock and Roll Never Forgets Tour” kicks off on Feb. 27 in Toledo, Ohio at Huntington Center and wraps up April 2 in Denver, Colorado at Pepsi Centre.
Canadian stops include: March 13 Winnipeg, MB - MTS Centre, March 19 Calgary, AB - Scotiabank Saddledome, March 21 - Edmonton, AB - Rexall Place, March 23 Saskatoon, SK – Credit Union Centre and March 27 Vancouver, BC - Rogers Arena.
Tickets for the Canadian shows go on sale Jan. 26 - except for Winnipeg, which go on sale Jan. 19.
Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster with prices ranging from $77.25 - $123.25 (fees included), depending upon seat, city and venue.
Pre-sales begin Jan. 19 and can be obtained through the BobSeger.com Silver Bullet Club.
Seger’s show will include such timeless classics as "Against the Wind," "Like a Rock," "We’ve Got Tonight" “Hollywood Nights” and "Shame on the Moon," has sold more than 52 million records in the United States.
