I really like Bob Harper, so I'm sure his DVD and fitness tips are on-point. Not only are kettlebells an excellent all-around workout apparatus, but Bob just exudes a cool, caring personality. A win all-around :)

They provide kettlebells so you don't have to buy one or worry about what size to get. People generally use 2-3 different size Kettlebells through out class.
Public classes are listed on their website. Private group classes are not listed but available one-site. They bring the workout to you.
Classes are also taught with 2 instructors (Steph & Doran) to ensure Safety and attention to individual needs.
