Blues at the Crossroads 2

If you are a fan of blues music and particularly of Muddy Waters and Howlin' Wolf, you might want to check out the show this Wednesday night. The Segerstrom Center for the Performing Arts in Costa Mesa will present "Blues at the Crossroads 2". The show starts at 8pm and the headliners are: The Fabulous Thunderbirds and they will be supported by Bob Margolin, Tinsley Ellis, Jody Williams and blues harmonica player and vocalist James Cotton. Muddy Waters has influenced many musicians over the years. Steve Miller of the Steve Miller Band is one of those musicians. He played with Waters back in the day.

The Segerstrom Center is located on 600 Town Center Drive. It is one of the intimate venues for concerts in southern California. It has become a popular location for jazz and blues shows. This should be quite a show and I'm sure that you will thoroughly enjoy yourself if you can make it to the show. Tickets for the show start at $25. You may contact the box office between 10am and 5pm daily. The phone number is 714-556-2787. Segerstrom's website is http://www.scfta.org.
