Blue Rodeo has been named the official ambassadors of Record Store Day 2014 in Canada

Fans can check out a video the multi-Juno Award winners discussing their love of record collecting at RecordStoreDayCanada.com.
Commenting on his lifetime passion for vinyl, vocalist - guitarist Greg Keelor said, "Growing up, records were our religion. They were our statements of cool. We carried them from party to party, rec room to rec room, symbols of our hipness. It's funny, things haven't changed that much."
Co-frontman Jim Cuddy adds, "Record stores are so much more than just merchandise sellers. They are a social service. Like-minded people sharing their love and knowledge of music."
The 2012 Canada Hall of Fame inductees kicked off the east coast leg of their In Our Nature Tour Jan. 30 in Summerside, PEI and will wrap up the tour on March 2 in Montreal, QC at Salle Wilfrid Pelletier - Place des Arts.
Blue Rodeo's next stop is a two-night stand Feb. 19 and Feb. 20 at Toronto's Massey Hall.
