Nanita [L/L], a Dominican Republic native, was named MILB.COM All-Star in 2012 and received Pacific Coast Player of the Week honours on August 20, 2012.

He was drafted by the Chicago White Sox in the 14th round of the 2003 First-Year Player Draft from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. This will be Nanita’s fifth year with the Blue Jays organization and 12th season overall.
