An off duty cop is disarmed by a pair of "Bonnie and Clyde" bank robbers when he tried to stop them. His gun was then used by the robbers to wound an innocent bystander. On the romance side of the equation, Frank considers getting involved with a woman from the ACLU - who also happens to be an acquaintance of Erins.
