BLORA Nature in Lights 2013 Coming Soon to Fort Hood

Fort Hood’s annual BLORA Nature in Lights Christmas display is coming soon! Fort Hood's 5-mile-long Holiday lights display returns in 2013, delighting the Killeen area in just a few short weeks.

The annual Nature in Lights Christmas and Holiday display opens Friday November 15 and runs through January 5. This year's light display will include over 115 displays including such favorites as the 300 foot long nativity and the 500 foot long “Tunnel of Lights” along with some new surprises.
This year’s Nature in Lights will run every evening from 5:30 - 11:00 p.m.

Nature in Lights costs are as follows:

Car, Mini-van & Pick-up - $5
Limos, RV & 15 – Passenger Van - $15
24 – Passenger Van - $25
47 – Passenger Van or Larger Bus - $40

Monday - Wednesday visitors will receive a commemorative Nature in Lights ornament while supplies last.

Santa’s Village will be open Friday - Sunday, Thanksgiving, and will remain open nightly December 13-24. This special feature includes handmade crafts, hot chocolate, chocolate chip cookies, and a chance for a visit and pictures with Santa Claus himself! Families can also hop a train to Santa’s Depot in the parking lot of the marina cove, where they can see special lights not visible along the main trail and will also feature pony rides, a petting zoo, and concessions. Costs for Santa’s Depot are $5 per adult and $3 per child ages 11 and younger (lap children ride free) with fees for petting zoo, pony rides, food for the animals, and concessions.
