Blood on the Dance Floor and Peter Case have both announced upcoming Des Moines concerts this week. Here are all the details.

Electropop duo Blood on the Dance Floor returns to Wooly's in Des Moines on June 18 at 7:30 p.m. The Orlando act has landed four straight albums in the Top 20 of the Billboard Dance chart and looks to make it five in a row when they release their new album Bitch Craft next month. Tickets to the show are $16 in advance and $18 at the door. They may be purchased at the Wooly's box office or online through Ticketfly. This will be an all ages event. No opening act has been announced at this time.

Peter Case got his start in new wave music in the Seventies when he piloted The Nerves and The Plimsouls. Case really hit his stride musically, though, when he went solo. Case has earned three Grammy nominations for his solo work in the folk, rock, and blues genres. Case released his most recent studio album, entitled Wig!, in 2010. He then released a compilation of unreleased songs, out-takes, and demos entitled The Case Files the following year. Case will bring his nearly 45 years of music to Vaudeville Mews in Des Moines on Friday, May 2 for a 7 p.m. performance. The show is an all ages affair, and advance tickets can be purchased online through Tikly for $15. Tickets for the show will also be available at the door. No opening act was announced for this show.
