Movie in the Park at Rose Park in Abilene, originally scheduled for Friday, July 9, was rescheduled for Friday, July 23 due to recent rains and chances for more inclement weather.


The City of Abilene's Recreation Division and AEP will sponsor Movie in the Park, starting at 9 p.m.


The free event will be held at the Rose Park Amphitheater, located at 2601 South 7th. The Blind Side will be the featured movie. If you haven't seen the movie, check out this great review in World Magazine.


Bring your favorite snacks, blankets and lawn chairs, and enjoy the movie with family and friends.
