Smoothies are a delicious drink that fills you with lots of good tasting nutrients. They are easy to prepare when you are pressed for time, want to add more fruits into your diet or are just looking for a little something more that is healthy to compliment that light lunch.
- 1 small can of peaches packed in juice
- 1 ripe pear, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 small container of low-fat peach yogurt
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Add all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass, add a straw and serve.
A smooth drink that is tasty, healthy and just plain peachy keen!
