Antney, who has single handily built and managed the careers of such platinum selling artists as Nicki Minaj, Gucci Mane, French Montana and her own sons Wooh Da Kida and Waka Flocka Flame, is calling this invite “let’s go to trial”, due to the various blasphemous blogs swirling around the web.
WWW, World Wide Web, the Internet, what ever term chosen to use, today has become just what it sounds like ' in-to-the-net', web; A network of intricate threads constructed by a spider from fluid secreted by its spinnerets, used to catch its prey. Has become just that.
Today access for those who attempt to defame ones character or credibility is as effortless as clicking a button from a lap top in any coffee house "in the world."
Ones 'personal opinions' are being viewed as something news worthy of reading and taken to heart, stories that surface have been taken either out of context, incorrect information gathered or hidden under a veil of 'sources say'.
New Internet libel laws are now allowing the defamed to go after the home styled bloggers, turning them into defendants on court rosters.
According to Donald Burleson of Burleson Consulting's website 'Internet libel is a felony!'
"Many people on the web think that privacy laws protect their anonymity, but that's not the case when criminal charges are filed. Rather than personally going after each blog, who have published inaccuracies, falsehoods, and blatant negativity, Debra Antney is directly challenging these individuals to come on and address the issues. Antney, who will be naming the erroneous sites as bogus, and straight put them on blast!
