With less than nine minutes left in the fourth quarter after a very chippy battle between Blake Griffin and Jermaine O'Neal, O'Neal was given a technical foul. He continued to argue with Griffin as he made it to the Clippers bench, before Warriors teammates & officials directed O'Neal heading to their bench.

O'Neal felt a need to discuss what happened with Griffin after game, as he stood and waited for him outside of the Clippers locker room.

The two exchanged words, as Griffin took the mature route informing O'Neal to leave it on the court. Both men were separated without incident and a handshake ensued. Griffin was escorted by personnel to the media room for his post game press conference.

The two teams have shown no love towards each for the past two seasons.

Griffin was asked about what was said during the exchange, he declined to give details, "That's between me and him."

Griffin was proud of how every one on his team fought hard, as he enjoyed the victory over his rival.
