You know that you have “arrived” if the media will stop at nothing to write about you to make some quick cash. Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert seem to be taking it all with a grain of salt.
The Los Angeles Times reports on Monday that the superstar couple is laughing off the latest rumor about them calling it quits. It seems that Life & Style has a habit of pulling things out of thin air as back in November reported that Lambert was pregnant.
Her response to the pregnancy rumor via Twitter was, “Wow! I just read the headline! ‘We are having a baby’ yay! Blake Shelton, we’re getting a new puppy?”
This time around Life & Style reports that the couple is on the brink of divorce and is trying to drum up a cheating scandal in the process.
Blake took to Twitter on Sunday with "Hey @mirandalambert… I just read in a tabloid that our marriage is falling apart! FOCK!"
Miranda is quite the Twitter bug too and didn’t hesitate to tweet back with, "Oh no! Can't wait to read if we make it or not."
The two seem to take it all in stride and utilize their clever country wit to get their point across to their fans.
Last year the dynamic duo dominated with multiples awards and Shelton’s success on “The Voice” has catapulted his career to new heights without a doubt.
