Samuel Lincoln Tharpe is orphaned when his mother is accidentally killed during a battle between kung fu masters. Master Yu takes the boy in and trains him. Over the years he becomes a skilled kung fu master.

Now Sam Tharpe is a high level INTERPOL agent who may be the only one to stop an impending world-wide holocaust. Tharpe must use his Shaloin skills or the world may be lost.

This is the theme of the comic book series produced by Ratti Entertainment LLC, and the plot for the live-action short film.

The project is being funded by crowd funding - raising money for a project by collecting small amounts of money from a large group of supporters. Presently more than enough has been raised for the project. Though contributions are still being taken.

There is also an open casting call Saturday, March 22, 2014. The locations is Wushu Shaolin Kung Fu, 14133 Crenshaw Blvd., Hawthorne, Ca. 90250. For the role of Samuel Tharpe they are looking for African-American males between 33 and 43, with martial arts training. Kung fu training a plus.
