The "Revolution" map pack for "Call of Duty: Black Ops II" was released Tuesday and one of the special weapons for Die Rise has already been discovered. Thanks to a YouTube user who got an early preview of the DLC, we can tell you how to build the Sliquifier gun to send zombie slip sliding away on the Xbox 360.
YouTube user "PrestigeIsKey" got the early look at Die Rise and provided some helpful instructions on how to build the special weapon. First you need to make your way to the power room and turn on the power to the battered skyscraper. This will activate an elevator at the end of the room that you need to hop on and ride down one floor. In there you'll find parts scattered around in the cages, the kitchen, on a barrel. The final part is located up the stairs but you'll need to spend $1,000 to remove the couch first. Once upstairs, you'll find the last part on the floor between the couch and the TV.
The Sliquifier gun shoots out a purple goo like substance that will kill zombies and also spread the substance on the floor. This makes the floor slippery not only for the player but for zombies too who will stumble and fall down.
There are a couple of strategic options that can be used by painting the floor with the Sliquifier. Players can paint the floor with the purple goo in front of a ledge to send zombies sliding out to their re-death. It can also be used as a trap to slide zombies into one of the other new buildables, the Steam Laucher which flings zombies into the air. Flinging zombies is also one of the ten new achievements available with Die Rise.
Like other special weapons, only one of the four "Black Ops II" players can have Sliquifier at a time. Once built though, it will be in the Mystery Box.
