In my newest iteration of the loadout series I will be addressing the game type Headquarters. Below you will find everything I used in the video example below.
Like most of my videos I stick to my favorite weapon the M8A1. If you are more comfortable with another weapon by all means use that instead. This rifle works best for me. For your attachments on this weapon or whatever weapon you choose pick up the red dot sight and quickdraw. These two attachments are available on all primary weapons.
You have two choices here, depending on what you chose for your primary weapon. If you are using an assault rifle or an LMG than you should equip the KAP 40 pistol with the extended clip. If you are more comfortable with your favorite SMG consider using an RPG for more explosive power when defending and capturing the HQ. If you are sticking strictly to my loadout choices then you will not be disappointed with the KAP 40’s close range ability. Check out the video to see what I mean.
Ghost. There is no reason for anyone not to have this perk by now. Surely at this point you have prestiged once or twice and have acquired unlock tokens. Get this perk ASAP and ALWAYS use it.
Scavenger is a must for resupplying your c4 and trophy systems. This is also a plus if you are rolling with a SMG.
Knowing where claymores, betties, and shock charges are when approaching the enemy HQ is often the difference between life and death, which makes Engineer a must. Many of you may be thinking Dexterity is the best choice, but you won’t be sprinting into random enemies that often. For the most part the battles are focused on the HQ.
C4 equals easy kills especially if the enemy isn’t using trophy systems. If the enemy has the HQ then you know people will be standing around defending it. Simply toss in a C4 and enjoy the points.
Trophies will almost certainly save your life a few times a match in HQ. While defending the HQ expect heavy bombardment by grenades, RPGs, semtexes, and c4. Trophy systems will eliminate all of this. Watch an example here.
That’s it for this edition of loadouts. Let me know if you agree with all of my choices or disagree in the comments below.
