Black Friday electronics war brings big Black Friday deals as we go into the final countdown to Black Friday, according to a Nov. 24 report in Forbes. The first thing to remember is that Black Friday has morphed from a one-day deals extravaganza to a week long deals orgy that is going on right now and ends on “Cyber Monday”, Dec. 2. There are lots of deals in electronics but consumers have to do research to find the best electronics deals.

This Black Friday week is one of the few times a year where consumers can get discounts on Apple electronics products. So, if you are looking for an Apple iPad Air, for example, now is the time to grab one. The best deal so far appears to be at Target where you can buy a new Apple iPad Air for $479.00 on Black Friday (Reg. $499.00) and get a free $100.00 gift card at time of purchase (bringing the iPad Air price down to just $379.00). Target is also offering a $100.00 gift card with the purchase of the new iPad mini with Retina display on Black Friday bringing the price of a new iPad mini down to just $199.00 (Reg. $299.00) making this Black Friday iPad mini deal the best around so far.

But the big deals are in big televisions. Walmart has a 60 inch Vizio for just $688.00, according to Forbes. But consumers should also check out brandsmartusa.com where consumers can get a 32 inch flat screen for under $100.00 and a 50 inch for less than $200.00.
