The Black Crowes have confirmed 11 additional US tour dates on top of the previously confirmed 25 US and UK dates they will play from March to May of this year as part of the band’s “Lay Down With Number 13” tour. After being on hiatus since December 2010 (broken up by a European tour in summer 2011), the Black Crowes are busy this year, also planning to release a new 26-song live album, “Wiser for the Time,” on March 19.
The new batch of gigs includes previously announced appearances at the BottleRock Napa Valley and Peach Music festivals. The Black Crowes website indicates a European leg of their 2013 tour will be released soon. More information on tickets is available here.
