Black cats and HealthCare.gov on Friday the 13th

Triskaidekaphobia is the irrational fear of the number 13, generally, and especially when designating a particular Friday of a month.

But there is nothing irrational in fearing the federal government, and especially the Obama Administration, when on a mission to "help" you, and especially those putting their personal information on HealthCare.gov as well as state Obamacare exchanges.

JoeForAmerica has previously reported what a hacker's and identity thieves' paradise is the federal government's Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act's website:

The website’s data protections are so lax that administration officials worry about “high exposures” of personal information. Everything from medical histories to payment details could be leaked into the public domain…That doesn’t seem to faze the President, who is sticking by his December 23 deadline for individual enrollment – knowing full well that Americans will have to compromise their personal safety to comply.

But now comes news from a supposedly safer state exchange:

For the second week in a row, the Washington Healthplanfinder website is down, and it’s causing problems for people who are dealing with billing issues. Some of them say the website is mistakenly debiting their accounts.
Shannon Bruner of Indianola logged on to her checking account Monday morning, and found she was almost 800 dollars in the negative...The Bruners enrolled for insurance on the Washington Healthplanfinder website, last October. They say they selected the bill pay date to be December 24th. Instead the Washington Healthplanfinder drafted the 835 dollar premium Monday.
...why does Washington State have a Obamacare exchange website where you can’t access their plans, but they can access your bank account just fine?

Meanwhile, back in Washington, D.C., Market Watch reports that insurers say the federal health-care marketplace is generating flawed data that is straining their ability to handle even the trickle of enrollees who have gotten through so far, in a sign that technological problems extend further than the website traffic and software issues already identified and potential users are still being warned not to go to Healthcare.gov.

We may find on New Year's Day 2014 that the safest and most affordable way to get health insurance and care would be to sail a raft to Haiti and see a witch doctor.

BTW, the fear of cats, including black ones is known as gatophobia and ailurophobia. The fear of that cat in the White House, just now, is called: Sanity.
