Bitburg AFB church turned into a strip club - smh (Photos)

The world is continually changing and not always for the good. Over the years the Bitburg Air Force Base Chapel in Bitburg, Germany, has been turned from a place of worship into a Strip Club. Years ago, Bitburg AFB was a location that the US had built to maintain peace in the republic of Germany. Some years back, there were numerous base closures to downsize the military and supposedly save the US some money.

Not unless you’re in investor will you be able to appreciate the fact that a holy place is now a place of sin. Come on; let’s call a spade, a spade. If you could turn a “chapel” (a place to worship God) into a “strip club”, what else would you do? What reverence do you have for a place that was consecrated to Almighty God and now modified into a house of ill repute? Would you go that far to make some money?

Sure, the physical building is not where the Spirit of God dwells. He lives in our hearts. But it’s just the nature of the beast. Wouldn’t you be afraid of any repercussions? If the ground could open up and swallow the disobedient children of Israel, then don’t you think that the same thing could happen again?

Those who were stationed in the military (USAF and USA) will remember the times when they use to attend the Bitburg chapel (on the housing side), and observe the Lord’s Day, in a fitting place of honor (Take a look at the Slide Show and visit all the links in the article). How do you feel about this transformation? Does it really matter?
